Most HVAC contractors will just look at your existing equipment and do some guesswork on size. With that in hand, we typically have enough information to provide you with an initial quote. No waiting for a salesperson to come by and get back to you. If we need more information, we'll reach out to you for clarification.
If you like what you see, we'll schedule either a virtual or in-person visit to verify installation details and to answer any questions you may have.
If you're ready to move forward, we'll schedule a time to install your heatpump. Throughout the whole process you'll have a single point of contact who will be managing the project and available to answer any questions.
Ahead of installation day, we'll provide a summary of the work we'll be doing and a rough schedule for the day.
Before we leave, we'll show you how to use your new equipment and make sure you're happy with the work we've done and answer any questions you may have.
For the first year after installation we'll also be available to make any adjustments necessary and do seasonal check-ups.
